Gregory Seaton, M.Sc. StudentPrior to joining the Andrew Roger lab, I studied Immunology and Microbiology at Dalhousie University. I am interested in understanding the technology and application of genome sequencing and analysis of the data generated, as well as understanding the evolutionary relationship between organisms. As a Masters of Science student, my project focuses on sequencing the genomes of different isolates of Blastocystis, with the hopes of better understanding the organism and its role in gut health.
