Tengteng Zhang, PhD Student

I started my Successive Master-PhD Programin the Laboratory of Protozoology, Ocean University of China since 2015. During my study, I mainly work on the phylogeny and the mitochondrial genome of ciliated protists. Since September 2019, I got the scholarship from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to work on laboratory of Prof. Andrew Roger as a visiting student. I am interested in the phylogenomics of anaerobic protists and the mitochondrial evolution in adaptation to low oxygen conditions.
